In everyday practice this means that you will not unnecessarily lose space in the transport vehicle or container; otherwise, if the product or its packaging exceeds the pallet area, there is a risk of damage, scratching or in extreme cases even tipping over the products. Custom pallets therefore appear to be an ideal solution, especially if you sell products of specific dimensions. Our customers use this type of pallet as a returnable packaging, as it is a more expensive packaging solution compared to a disposable pallet and is specifically designed and intended for a particular type of products. Disposable pallets are the second type of pallets that we supply to our customers. They are used for products delivered to the end customer regularly or frequently and in larger quantities, which is why our customers most often use this type of pallet as a non-returnable packaging. We can provide various sizes and load capacities. A disposable pallet has a standard load capacity of 600 to 700 kg, but we are able to supply and have already supplied several customers with disposable pallets with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg.
